| Mobile Phone Failures |
1. Nefanasa Yahoo cannot running/cannot installed. This problem because your mobile phonenot supported Java Application which at least MIDP 2.0, CLDC 1.0, Heap memory 512KB and have GPRS/3G/HSPDA connection.
Example: Nokia 3650 and Nokia 7610 have MIDP 1.0, some of Blackberry not supported Java Application
2. Nefanasa Yahoo or another Java application not properly working in almost Samsung because unperfect Samsung operating system in the J2ME standardization.

3. On the mobile phone Symbian Series 6.0 produce 'Out of Memory' thats because mobile phone 'Heap Memory' is full and operating system failed clearing memory. This problem can be increased by running many application in the mobile phone. Try do not multitasking (sms with chat, or MP3 with chat), and do not install application which resident memory (Plugins, Antivirus, etc).
Example: Nokia 6600, Nokia 6680, and Nokia 7650
4. 'Sound', 'Light' and 'Vibrate' not working. This feature depending your mobile phone model and your mobile phone setting.
Example: Nokia 6600 not working on vibrate, N71 need to enabled sound.

Example: Its happens in old model Motorola and old model Sony Ericson.

7. Insert Emoticon in front of text. Thats because failure in your mobile phone operating system. This problem can be helping by enabling 'Generic Insert Text' feature.

8. Screen Light always on its make wasful battery power. This problem can be fixed by enabling 'Generic Light' fitur. But cannot be used on Input screen (Status, Typing, Add Friend, etc).

9. Nefanasa Yahoo became slowly after long times. Thats because mobile phone heap memory almost full, please 'Clear All Chat'. If you wanna see free memory goto 'System Info' menu and use 'System GC' menu to free up unused system object.
10. Nefanasa Yahoo error in Certificate entity. Thats because mobile phone doesnt provide Equifax Secure Certificate Security, goto download menu and install.
11. Cannot typing in login form. Thats because firmware bugs, goto setting and disable the image logo.

Connection Failures
|
1. Failure on 'Connecting' thats because Not configuration for internet, GPRS/Internet down, Empty balance, or No signal.
2. Failure on 'Request Key' or 'Verification' thats because your seluler operator limiting his user to accessing Yahoo Messenger.
Example : Indosat (Indonesia) limiting connection to Yahoo Server on His Internet based volume.
3. Failure on 'Connection Error' or 'IOException' thats because your GPRS/Internet is broken .
4. 'Status', 'Add Friend', 'Move Friend', 'Remove Friend', 'Ignore Friend', 'Stealth Friend' features sometimes not working but you can send message. That's because Yahoo Server is busy and doesnt respon another command except chat message.
5. Replies supended , thats happen because Yahoo Server is busy or GPRS/Internet is busy.
6. All message not replied . Thats because your GPRS/Internet disconnected but BTS (mobile phone Tower) not imform your mobile phone if your connection to the server has been lost.
We recommended to add your Yahoo ID into 'Friend List' and try to send message to your self. If you doesnt receive your message thats meean your koneksian has been broken and your are On the fly. Please 'Force Log Off' and 'Connect' again.
